Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
On placing your order we will test and pack your mic for shipping within 1-2 days. Typically we will ship your mic the next business day after receiving your order. We use Australia post for all shipping with the typical domestic (within Australia) shipping time being 2-3 business days.
International shipping times vary due to geographic locations and the variances of different countries customs processes. Typically international shipping times are 7-10 business days. Once we have shipped your order we’ll email you with the tracking details for your shipment.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees. To initiate such a return please contact us.
