At NUDE, we build microphones to be used, trusted and loved in real studios. If something isn’t right, we want to hear about it. Before returning anything, please contact us first so we can understand the issue and help find the right solution.

NUDE does not offer general change-of-mind returns. This helps us keep our pricing focused on what matters: superb sonic quality, serious studio usefulness and long-term value. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Your consumer guarantee rights are automatic and cannot be denied by a returns or refund policy. 

If your product has a fault, please email us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any useful photos, video or audio examples. We’ll assess the issue and work with you directly on the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
