"...Beautiful microphone. Super low self noise, awesome low end, and smooth highs. This thing is a hefty boy. Nude Microphones recreated the FET U47, and now I get to make some pretty sounds with it. Might be my new favourite for upright bass....Also, used the 47 for a vocal during a live vocal acoustic guitar tracking, and it was wonderful for that as well...It seems to love big low end sources – very cool choice for kick drum..."
